Your own address
It's your café's menu, not a listing.
You get your own web address, carrying your name, your logo, your colours and your fonts. Print it on the QR, put it on a board, paste it in your bio — it belongs to you.

A day at your café
Here's what actually changes.
Not a feature list — one day told twice. Once from the phone in your guest's hand, once from behind your counter.
One table, from sitting down to walking out — all of it in the browser they already have.

They sit down
The menu is already on their phone.
They point the camera at the QR on the table and it opens — no app to download, no sign-up, no waiting for a card to come free from table four. Photos of every dish, prices that are actually today's, and a veg filter for the guest who needs one.
- No app, no account, nothing to install
- A photo and Half/Full pricing on every dish
- Search and veg filter instead of scrolling forty items

They order
Four friends, one cart.
Everyone at the table adds from their own phone into the same cart, so nothing gets ordered twice and nobody waves a hand for ten minutes. Notes ride along with the dish — less spicy, no onion. One tap, and it's on your kitchen printer seconds later.
- One shared cart across every phone at the table
- Notes on any dish — less spicy, no onion
- Straight through to the kitchen slip

They leave
Nobody argues with the bill.
The running total sat on their phone the whole meal, so the number at the end is the number they already knew. They can watch the order move from placed to served, and take the bill on WhatsApp instead of a slip that dies in a pocket.
- A running total they can see the whole time
- Placed → preparing → served, on their phone
- Bill on WhatsApp, or printed as usual

Bill sent on WhatsApp
Guests placing their own orders is the Full Ordering model. On Menu and Staff POS they browse the same menu and your team puts the order in. See the three models.
What's included
It all comes in the box.
No add-on modules to discover later, no feature you'll be asked to pay extra for. The only choice is whether you want table ordering.
A photo for every dish
The single biggest thing that changes what guests order. Send us your pictures — we place and compress them so they still load fast.
Half and Full pricing
Portions, sizes, add-ons. One dish can carry several prices without cluttering the menu.
Search, veg filter, categories
A guest looking for something specific finds it in seconds instead of scrolling past forty items.
Logins for your team
Staff get the orders board and nothing else. Only you see pricing, settings and the day's takings.
Bills and kitchen slips
Print a guest bill or a kitchen slip to a normal thermal printer, or send the bill on WhatsApp.
Your numbers, plainly
Revenue by day, your best-selling dishes, and the hours you're actually busy. No dashboard course required.
Getting started
You don't have to build anything.
The part most owners dread — typing out a hundred dishes — is the part we do.
Send us your menu
A photo of the printed card, a PDF, a Word file — whatever you already have. On WhatsApp is fine.
We build the whole thing
Every dish, category and price typed in. Your logo, your colours, your fonts. Usually ready in about 48 hours.
You get the keys
A login to change anything, any time — and we stay reachable on WhatsApp when you want a hand.

Questions
What owners ask us first.
No. They point their phone camera at the QR and the menu opens in the browser — Android or iPhone, no install, no sign-up, no account.
Yes, and it's the point. Log in from your phone, change a price or mark something sold out, and it's live on every table straight away. You never have to ask us.
No. Any phone or tablet you already own runs the orders board. A thermal printer is optional — only if you want printed bills or kitchen slips.
Usually about 48 hours from when you send us the menu. We do the typing, the photos and the branding.
Not at all. Plenty of cafés run the menu only. You can switch ordering on later, or keep it staff-only so your team enters orders on a tablet while guests just browse.
It's built light on purpose — the menu is small and loads quickly on mid-range phones, which is what most guests are carrying.
Yes. Type dish names and descriptions in any script you like and they'll show exactly as you enter them.
See it working, then decide.
Open the live menu on your own phone — it's the same thing your guests would use. If it suits your café, send us a message and we'll have you running this week.
